Chill Out

Welcome spring! I couldn't be happier for these blissfully toasty days we're experiencing, but it may not bode well for temp-conscious home-brewers—hence Beer Advocate's next BYOB about cooling methods for one's wort! (Wort (play /ˈwɜrt/) is the liquid extracted from the mashing process during the brewing of beer or whisky. Thanks, Wikipedia!)
