Feeling the Flavors of Nature ("Naturally Wild")


Next month's BYOB column features homemade brews infused with NATURE (ooh, ahh)! It details the risk of leaving a batch uncapped in the great outdoors, but the reward when it yields a beer that reflects the flavors of its surroundings. (Plus there are critters!) Pretty interesting stuff, if you ask me!
