Swelled Heart and Ego

Matt Reidsma, a comics artist I admire and have had the pleasure of making an acquaintance, recently posted his review of Inbound #4. He made some very nice comments about "Littery Men" that made my day:

"But the jewel of the collection is 'Littery Men,' a hilarious and embarrasing tale of Mark Twain in Boston by the couple Matthew Boehm and Ellen Crenshaw. Ellen's linework is so beautiful, and the pacing of the story is dead on."

Thanks, Matt!

And now I expect everyone who reads this to take a jaunt over to Matt's website and oogle his comics.

  1. Congrats, Ellen! Having an artist you admire compliment your work is high up on the list of exciting things!

  2. Your comic was definitely one of the highlights of the book. A jewel, for sure. I'm envious of your brushwork.
